Refund Policy

ELIXIIT Academy would like to thank you for buying our courses. We ensure that our students have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses. We discourage the refund cases as it is always advisable to see the online Videos / Content available to assess & check the level of teaching and the classes we provide during course, before taking final admission. Therefore we presume that anyone who is taking admission has already gone through ELIXIIT's Online (DIGITAL) ­presence and counselling session to understand the level of teaching, teaching methodology and amenities provided by ELIXIIT Academy during the Course, to take well informed­ decision. However, due to any reason, if anyone, still seeks any kinf of refund, will be surely taken care of, to make their experience the best one.

 
REFUND FOR CLASSROOM / ONLINE PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS JOINED AT THE STARTING OF COURSE
 
Refund Before 7 Days of Start of Course: If any student pays the fee for any Classroom Program and wants to withdraw / ask for Refund before 7 days of the Commencement of Classes / Course in the Institute, fee paid will be refunded deducting taxes through Bank Transfer of Cheque or Cash Only. The Registration Fee will not be refunded, in any case.

Refund within 7 Days after Starting of the Course : If any student pays the fee for any Classroom / Online Program and wants to Withdraw / Ask for Refund within 7 Days after the commencement of classes / course in the Institute, fee paid will be refunded deducting the Registration Fee, taxes and 10% of the total course fee and rest will refunded through bank transfer or Cheque or Cash only. The Registration Fee will not be refunded, in any case.

Post 7 days after the commencement of the course, no refund shall be issued. However, in special cases and upon the decision of the highest authority, special refunds can be issued.


REFUND FOR STUDENTS JOINING IN MIDDLE OF A COURSE / SESSION
If any student pays the fee and joins the Classroom / Online Program in the middle of a Course (for example, 2-3 months after the commencement of the course) and wants to Withdraw / Ask for Refund within 7 Days after joining the course in the Institute, fee paid will be refunded deducting the Registration Fee, taxes and 25% of the total course fee and rest will refunded through bank transfer or Cheque or Cash only. The Registration Fee will not be refunded, in any case.

Post 7 days, a student who has joined in the middle of a course, is not entitled to get refund under any circumstances.


Please note that we strongly discourage refund cases during the middle of a course under any circumstances because we think that joining in between a course might have been an utmost urgency for a student as he might have missed the first joining date due to some reasons or he/she might have found us late through social media platforms like Youtube, Google, etc after analysing our online lectures. Accordingly, many contents which will be assigned upon joining are chargeable.
 
 
REFUND POLICY FOR SHORT TERM / CRASH COURSE PROGRAM
No refund shall be issued for Short-term / Crash Course Programs
 
 
REFUND POLICY FOR DISTANCE LEARNING PROGRAM (DLP)
No refund shall be issued for Distance Learning Program (DLP).


REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE TEST SERIES

No refund shall be issued for Online Test Series Purchased.

 
REFUND POLICY FOR STUDY MATERIALS
No refund shall be issued for Study Materials Purchased.

 
REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE VIDEO LECTURE EXTENSION (VLE) PLANS
No refund shall be issued for VLE Plans on any course.

 
Our company strictly follows the refund policy and encourages everyone to follow and abide by the rules.
The refund for Phase-I admissions will be issued after Phase-I admissions are completely over. Before which, no refund shall be issued. In case if you have applied for refund, you will receive it once Phase-I admissions are completely over.

Any information regarding the issue of refund will be availble here in this page soon. Please do not enquire about refunds at the admission office. No emails / calls related to refund will be entertained.

Please note that ELIXIIT Academy accepts fee either in two installments or in lumpsum. For lon term courses we do have 3 installment plans.
Further installments for short duration courses are only created in special cases and is upon the decision of the highest authority. In, such cases you can contact the concerned department.

If any installment is not paid within the due date, then a late fee charge of Rs 
50/- per day will be charged for the next 7 days (post due date if not paid). If the fee is still not paid within that time, then the admission of the student will be cancelled. To continue with the course, the student will again need to take re-admission. However, in special cases, the re-admission case can be considered which completely depends upon the decision of the higher authority.
